House Rules

The reserve gate locks at 19:00, and guests will not have access after that time.
The speed limit in the Reserve is 40 km per hour.
Please download or update your Trailforks app before you arrive. This will help you navigate the reserve and trails.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost.
Game drives are available at an additional cost and include a sundown drink or an early morning coffee, depending on the time of day. A minimum booking of 4 people is required.
Meals are an option; however, a notice of the catered option is required in advance. Breakfasts and lunches can be enjoyed at The Bike Village.
Please note that there is an 8 km gravel road leading to the accommodation. Guests are required to enquire about the condition of the gravel road before booking.
Meals must be booked with the Summerplace Restaurant. Hideout is not self-catering.
Pets are only allowed in some of the units. Guests will have to arrange in advance and receive confirmation on pets.
Please note that we do not allow cancellations due to weather conditions such as rain.
