Sunset Villa - Anything Can Happen is a self-catering holiday unit situated halfway between Ponta Malongane and Ponta do Ouro, just outside Signal Hill Estate. This downstairs entertainment-focused unit overlooks the inland sunsets and offers spacious accommodation for families or groups travelling together.

Guests booking Sunset Villa as a whole property will have exclusive use of all 4 units and the entire property during their stay. When individual units are booked, guests will only have access to the specific unit they have reserved, and will not have access to any of the other units or shared facilities within other units, as these may be occupied by other guests. This applies to all individual units, including Bubbles 1 and 2, Top of the World, and Anything Can Happen.

The unit accommodates up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a sleeping area, and 4 bathrooms. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The sleeping area is located in the lounge and is furnished with a bunk bed. Three bathrooms are en-suite and fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, while the fourth bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge-freezer combination, chest freezer, kettle, toaster, Vida Café coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, and a bar area. The living area offers comfortable seating, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Daily housekeeping services the property exclusively.

Guests can enjoy a large viewing deck with a private swimming pool, wood braai area, and fire pit. There is ample parking available on the property. The unit is located approximately 200 m from the beach, with staff available to assist guests with carrying beach equipment to and from the beach. The property is also conveniently situated close to nearby restaurants and entertainment venues.
