Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R650 admin fee per booking.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- No smoking in the unit.
- No braai in front of the unit allowed unless it has a built-in gas braai.
- No loud music or disruptive parties.
- Maximum number of people as per beds allowed in the unit and please stick to the number of people as per your booking.
- No sleeping on the lounge suite.
- Do not move around any furniture in the unit as you will be held liable for any damages that might occur during your stay for damages to the furniture in the unit during your stay.
- No removing of any items from the unit.
- Please ensure to leave the unit in the same condition as when you arrived.
On departure date:
- Do not leave any dishes for cleaning. All dishes washed, dried and packed away.
- Please ensure that the dustbins used are emptied and all reuse bags must be taken to the refuse yard and placed in the refuse bins provided in the refuse yard located near the front entrance of the complex, next to laundry room.
- Please ensure all windows are closed and doors locked.
- Please ensure that you do not leave any food items in the fridge.
- Keys will be arranged for collection on departure with Eunice.
- Please check that you do not leave behind items of a personal nature.
- Breakage deposits are to be paid directly to the property on the day of checking in or via eft and is only refunded after 7 days once the unit has been checked after your departure.
The complex is also affected significantly by loadshedding so, please carry your own loadshedding rechargeable light.

Cancellation Policy
