The Boulders 108 is a lovely beachfront apartment on Compensation Road in Ballito Bay, a popular holiday destination on the Northern Natal Coast. This holiday unit offers direct beach access without road crossings. It's ideally located, with two small shopping centres within walking distance or a short drive away, providing perfect convenience for holidaymakers.
This first-floor apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, aircon, key safe and features a sea-facing balcony and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, hand-shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. Each room includes a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features comfortable seating opening onto a balcony with outdoor seating offering breaker ocean views. There is complimentary Wi-Fi. There is a smart TV, guests need to log in using their own streaming devices.
Guests can park in the secure allocated single parking bay and a lift to the apartment are available to guests during their stay. Guests have access to the shared amenities within the complex, which include a swimming pool and braai area.
