Great experience. Great place. The house was clean and beautiful. It has everything you need when away from home. The entertainment area was amazing.

Not amazing! The pool was almost empty and filthy with cobwebs - not usable at all. No instructions on how to use the gas geyser, and it only worked if you pressed the button and turned on the hot tap immediately. The button was in the main ensuite, so we could only get hot water once that person was awake and able to switch on the water. No towels supplied. Some kitchen implements really weren't clean. No WiFi password supplied.

Apologies for your poor stay. The geyser instructions are placed next to the geyser. Pressing it once will keep it on full time. The WiFi password is under the router in the lounge. The pool is under repairs and is now currently clean and full. I will let the housekeeper know about the cleanliness of the kitchen as a matter of urgency. Thank you for notifying.
