House Rules
Guests must present a valid ID, driver’s licence or passport on arrival.
Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement with the host and must be pre-authorised by the owner. Only small dog breeds are permitted.
Children under 12 years are only accepted by prior arrangement and authorisation, and additional charges apply. Children do not stay free of charge.
No parties, loud music or excessive noise are permitted on the property. Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 08:00.
No visitors or day visitors are permitted. Only guests included in the booking may stay on the premises.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 16:00 or as arranged with the manager. Late check-ins must be pre-arranged. Any late arrivals or late departures without prior arrangement will incur an additional hourly charge, payable on the premises before departure.
Check-out is at 10:00.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas and is not allowed inside the rooms.
The owner resides on the premises with her pets.
Guests are required to comply with all house rules. Entry to the premises is not permitted without adherence to these rules.
Any damages must be reported immediately and settled prior to departure.
Failure to comply may result in guests being required to leave the premises within 1 hour without a refund.
The premises are entered at guests’ own risk, and the owner will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred during the stay.
The owner reserves the right to amend these rules at her discretion.
