House Rules
Guests must present a valid ID, driver’s licence, or passport on arrival.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement with the host and must be pre-authorised by the owner. Only small breeds are permitted.
Children under 12 years are only allowed with prior arrangement and authorisation, and additional charges apply. Children do not stay free.
No parties or loud music are permitted on the property. Silence is required between 23:00 and 08:00.
No visitors or day visitors are allowed. Only guests included in the booking may stay on the premises.
Check-in is between 14:00 and 16:00 or as arranged with the manager. Late check-ins must be pre-arranged. Any late check-ins or late departures without prior arrangement will incur an additional charge per hour, payable on the premises before departure.
Check-out is at 10:00.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas and is not allowed in rooms.
The owner resides on the premises with her pets.
Entry to the premises is not permitted without compliance with the house rules. Any damages must be reported immediately and paid for before departure. Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being required to leave the premises within 1 hour without a refund.
