Lovely, peaceful, very neat and friendly personnel from all categories. We were welcomed by friendly staff at reception. They were very patient and explained everything to us in an understandable way, as we had never booked in Tokyo before. We didn't even know where the room was. Long story short, I enjoyed my stay and it's a quiet place where you get to relax and enjoy yourself. We didn't even want to check out; we wished we could extend our stay, but we couldn't as we had other commitments back in Worcester. We can definitely go back anytime; we enjoyed Tokyo.

Great! Great location when attending CTICC and a great room with all the right amenities.

I would recommend anyone to go stay there because of the excellent service. My stay was wonderful. Checking in was easy, the room is clean and has everything you need. I just ran out of toilet paper because I had diarrhoea, and the host did a wonderful thing by getting me medication when they came to replace the tissue. That was very thoughtful.

Good views but simple. Bedding is torn and blankets were smelly. Very basic for that cost compared to others. No parking, which is not great for safety and costly in town. Good views and friendly reception.

Amazing. It was amazing. The staff are very kind and helpful.

Fantastic, perfect location, exceptional host, 100/10! It was an absolute 100/10! This place exceeded all my expectations—fantastic vibe, spotless rooms, and the perfect location right near all my planned activities. Everything I wanted in a stay, they delivered. A massive shoutout to my host for making it so welcoming and seamless. I’ll definitely be back!

Dit was lekker. Ja, dankie, ek het lekker gebly.

Very good place. I enjoyed my stay; everything was good, and the place was neat and tidy.

Stay was splendid. Stay was splendid. It was walking distance to where we needed to be. Can improve on the amenities though, (sugar and coffee sachets).
