Very friendly staff and lovely stay. The rooms are lovely, clean and nice coffee pods provided. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful - food from the restaurant is well presented and very tasty!

Verblyf was net vir slaap, die sekuriteit was goed. Dit het voldoen aan ons vereistes. Verblyf was aangenaam. Sekuriteit was tops, kamers was klein maar skoon en baie netjies.

Uitstekend. Aangenaam verras, hotel was netjies, diens baie goed, kos baie goed.

Naby als. Loopafstand. Baie lekker gebly. Loopafstand van als. Veilige parkering.

Baie lekker. Ja, dankie, baie lekker.

Heerlik. Baie lekker, ook netjies. Vriendelike personeel.

Awesome. Everything was lovely. Only negatives: WiFi a bit unreliable. No fridge in the room, which is a bit of an annoyance. Staff always there to assist and even assisted with late checkout. Buttons on lift are a bit hard to push. Consider providing liquid shampoo and body wash instead of those hard soaps.

Satisfied but can work on check-in. I had a 2-night stay and it was great. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant, the location was central, the staff is friendly, and the hotel room was satisfactory. My only issue was the check-in. We waited 1.5 hours just to be allocated a room.

Really enjoyed my week at Town Lodge Port Elizabeth, would highly recommend the hotel. My stay was excellent.

It was mediocre. The reception staff was welcoming and extremely friendly, and assisted efficiently in all that we needed. However, when it comes to housekeeping, we were really disappointed. They didn't replace our towels in time, they did not make up the bed sheets thoroughly, and there was no dedicated effort from the housekeeping staff members. We did not have a telephone to call the receptionist for services, so we utilized our own personal phones. We were extremely disappointed that there were no Smart TVs; we entertained ourselves using our own laptops for Netflix. Even B&Bs have Smart TVs nowadays. To keep our drinks and other things cold, we had to go downstairs to ask the restaurant, as we did not have our own fridge in the room. They should install small bar fridges to make life easier, as we had to move from the 6th floor to the ground floor to use the fridge.
