FamilySuite is 'n kalm, ruim ruimte wat geskep is vir gesinne en vriende om in te skakel en heeltemal op hul gemak te voel. Die oomblik as jy binnestap, maak die kamers (elk met sy eie slim-TV) oop met 'n sagte gevoel van gemak. Lig beweeg saggies deur die ruimte en elke area nooi jou uit om stadiger te raak en asem te haal. Die hoofslaapkamer het 'n koninggrootte bed wat met die eerste oogopslag uitnodigend voel. Dit het sy eie privaat badkamer met 'n stort, toilet en bidet. Die tweede slaapkamer bied 'n stil dubbelbed met sy eie en suite-badkamer, ook toegerus met 'n stort, toilet en bidet. 'n Warm bykomende slaaparea word 'n sagte wegkruipplek vir twee ekstra gaste op 'n dubbelslaapbank wat pragtig in die vloei van die huis inpas. Die kombuis is ingerig vir maklike leefstyl. 'n Gasstoof staan gereed vir rustige maaltye. Die skottelgoedwasser sorg vir die skoonmaak. 'n Vrieskas bied plek vir langer verblyf. Tee en koffie wag op jou wanneer jy lus het om vir 'n oomblik te stop. Die sitkamer dra 'n sagte, huislike energie met gemaklike sitplek vir ontspanne aande. Die patio maak oop na buite met eenvoudige buitesitplekke waar jy kan terugsit, die stilte van die dag kan inasem en die stil ritme van jou verblyf kan geniet. FamilySuite is ontwerp om jou tyd sagkens te hou. 'n Plek waar gemak kalmte ontmoet en elke oomblik sy eie gemaklike pas vind.

• No parties are permitted under any circumstances
• This is a quiet residential area and noise must be kept low at all times
• Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed
• Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate cancellation without refund
Visitors and Occupancy
• Visitors are not permitted
• The maximum number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is 8
• Overnight guests may not exceed the number booked
Damage and Breakages
• Please treat the property with care
• Any damage or breakages must be reported promptly
• Costs for professional laundry or replacement of damaged items, including linen, are for the guest’s account
Security
• All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property or going to bed
Use of Amenities
• Kitchen facilities may be used freely
• Only the soft cleaning materials provided may be used
• No loud or disruptive behaviour at any time
Lighting, Pool and Braai
• Exterior yard lights switch off at 22:00
• Pathway lights remain on via sensor
• Pool and braai areas may be used between 09:00 and 22:00 only, by which iime they will be locked.
• Please use appliances responsibly and avoid excessive mess
Furniture and Safety
• Furniture and décor may not be moved or rearranged
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Pool, trampoline, and play equipment are used at own risk
• No children under 15 in the pool area without adult supervision
Prohibited Activities
• No illegal activities or substances
• No illicit drugs
• No candles, incense, or open flames indoors
• No additional appliances such as portable heaters or hot plates

• Please respect the property, neighbours, and community
• Breach of these rules may result in charges or cancellation without refund
