The second bedroom offers a quiet double bed with its own en-suite bathroom, also fitted with a shower, toilet and bidet. A warm additional sleeping area becomes a gentle hideaway for two more guests on a double sleeper couch that settles beautifully into the flow of the home. The kitchen is set up for easy living. A gas stove stands ready for unhurried meals. The dishwasher takes care of the clean-up. A chest freezer offers space for longer stays. Tea and coffee await you whenever you feel like pausing for a moment. The lounge carries a soft, homely energy with comfortable seating for relaxed evenings. The patio opens to the outside with simple outdoor seating where you can sit back, breathe in the stillness of the day and enjoy the quiet rhythm of your stay. Parking
• One free parking bay is provided per unit on the property
• Street parking is not permitted
Parties and Noise
• No parties are permitted under any circumstances
• This is a quiet residential area and noise must be kept low at all times
• Loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is not allowed
• Any disturbance to neighbours may result in immediate cancellation without refund
Visitors and Occupancy
• Visitors are not permitted
• The maximum number of persons allowed in the unit at any time is 8
• Overnight guests may not exceed the number booked
Damage and Breakages
• Please treat the property with care
• Any damage or breakages must be reported promptly
• Costs for professional laundry or replacement of damaged items, including linen, are for the guest’s account
Security
• All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property or going to bed
Use of Amenities
• Kitchen facilities may be used freely
• Only the soft cleaning materials provided may be used
• No loud or disruptive behaviour at any time
Lighting, Pool and Braai
• Exterior yard lights switch off at 22:00
• Pathway lights remain on via sensor
• Pool and braai areas may be used between 09:00 and 22:00 only, by which iime they will be locked.
• Please use appliances responsibly and avoid excessive mess
Furniture and Safety
• Furniture and décor may not be moved or rearranged
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Pool, trampoline, and play equipment are used at own risk
• No children under 15 in the pool area without adult supervision
Prohibited Activities
• No illegal activities or substances
• No illicit drugs
• No candles, incense, or open flames indoors
• No additional appliances such as portable heaters or hot plates

GrandPalace is located in the main accommodation area and can accommodate up to 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The suite comprises 2 bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, a cot, and a child-only couch suitable for 2 children. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and bidet. An additional sleeping area is furnished with a double sleeper couch suitable for 2 people. A third bathroom is available and fitted with a toilet and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge has comfortable seating and a fireplace. Guests can also enjoy a balcony with outdoor seating.
