Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. The swimming pool and rooftop deck are closed during this time.
Guests are requested to respect neighbours and follow local parking rules.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor ashtrays are provided.
Eating or drinking is not permitted in bedrooms or the loft. Please use designated dining areas.
Children must be supervised at all times around the swimming pool.
Optional extras, such as breakfast, are available by prior arrangement.
ID verification is required.
Guests must sign the standard hosting rental agreement.
