Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Villa by the River welcomes guests with a set of house rules designed to ensure safety, comfort, and respect for the property and neighbours.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM, with keys left in the designated area.
Guests may bring boats, jet skis, and fishing gear, but all water activities are at their own risk. Equipment should be securely moored, life jackets are recommended, and fishing areas should be kept clean.
Noise should be kept low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted in the braai/firepit area.
Open fires must never be left unattended and should be fully extinguished at night.
The communal pool is shared, children must be supervised, and no glass items are allowed in the pool area.
Appliances should be used carefully, trash disposed of in the provided bins, and doors and windows locked when leaving.
Only the booked number of guests may stay overnight, and any day visitors must be approved by the host.
