Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security reasons, guests are not allowed to have any day visitors.
The maximum occupancy for the Villa must be adhered to at all times. A penalty fee per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
Music may be played at a reasonable level and must be stopped by 22:00. No loud music or noise is allowed.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests who do not comply with this rule, and a penalty fee will be charged.
Please note that the breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days before arrival, and it will be refunded within 3 days of departure.
Housekeeping and laundry service are now available upon request. Please contact the office directly to arrange this before your stay. Please be advised that extra fees may apply.
The rate includes a 4-hour service except on Holidays and Sundays. Extra service can be arranged at an extra cost.
The Rules and Regulations of the Estate need to be signed and acknowledged before arrival.
There is an extra charge for the use of the Jacuzzi. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi.
