Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
If a third-party booking is made, a valid identity document must be provided to the host. Guests must be able to present their identity document to the owner upon request.
The outstanding balance of the booking must be paid directly to Visarend’s Roep at least 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds of cancellations, deposits or any other payments will be made for bookings cancelled during December and January.
An additional pre-arrival cleaning fee will be charged for bookings where check-in takes place on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. This fee is payable directly to Visarend’s Roep. A refundable key and breakage deposit is also payable directly to Visarend’s Roep 14 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within seven days after departure, provided no damage has occurred. This amount, together with the pre-arrival cleaning fee if applicable, will be sent to the guest on a separate invoice via email.
Please note that no noise or loud music is permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine issued by law enforcement.
Please be advised that Marloth Park does not allow pets. The area is also a malaria region, and guests are advised to take the necessary precautions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
