Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
If a third-party booking is made, a valid ID must be provided to the host.
Guests are required to present their ID to the owner upon request.
The outstanding balance of the booking must be paid directly to Visarend’s Roep at least 14 days prior to arrival.
No refunds, deposits, or any other payments will be made for bookings cancelled in December and January.
An additional cleaning fee will be charged for bookings where guests check in on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable directly to Visarend’s Roep 14 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within seven days after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
Please note that no noise or loud music is permitted. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine issued by law enforcement.
Please note that Marloth Park does not allow pets. It is also located in a malaria area, and guests are advised to take the necessary precautions.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
