At night I was reminded of "Silence speaks". An incredible escape, I will definitely come back. I normally go to a silent retreat around my birthday. This experience was as close as I could get to a silent retreat.

Cozy and neat. The weekend that we spent at Windvogels was rainy and very cold, with the result that we could not hike on the farm, but the hospitality and the ever-burning fireplace and the cozy atmosphere more than adequately compensated for the indoors marooning. With the next visit we will explore the farm paths by foot.

Thank you, Kobus, it was such a pleasure to meet and host you both. And yes, come back in the summer to explore the surrounding hills.

Beautiful quiet accommodation. Beautiful accommodation with wonderful views, great attention to detail. If you love sitting back and relaxing with no distractions, it's a perfect place. If you want activities at the venue, then it's going to need a drive to seek out surrounding places.
