From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how well-maintained and pristine the entire reserve is, followed by the incredible accommodation. • The atmosphere: Absolutely beautiful scenery that offers a true sense of peace and immersion in nature. • The standards: The facilities and accommodation were spotlessly clean, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. • The experience: It truly is an incredible destination for anyone looking for a high-quality, scenic getaway. I would recommend it a 1 M. We truly enjoyed our stay at Zwartkloof 111. The property was impeccably maintained, and all amenities were of the highest quality. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and provided valuable information, ensuring our comfort throughout our visit. This place truly feels like home. My sisters and I would certainly consider booking again. I wholeheartedly recommend it; experiencing it firsthand is essential!

Onvergeetlike 40ste verjaarsdag-wegbreek – pragtige omgewing, moderne verblyf, h. Ons het my 40ste verjaarsdag-naweek by Zwartkloof saam met 4 paartjies gevier en dit was regtig iets besonders. Die omgewing is ongelooflik mooi en rustig – die perfekte plek om asem te haal en kwaliteit tyd saam met vriende deur te bring. Die interieur is modern, stylvol en baie goed uitgerus. Die jacuzzi was beslis 'n hoogtepunt en het die ervaring ekstra spesiaal gemaak. Die personeel was vriendelik, professioneel en uitstekende gashere wat ons deurentyd op hoogte gehou het van alles. Baie dankie vir 'n onvergeetlike ervaring. Ons sal beslis weer teruggaan!

Uncomfortable. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. Firstly, the music policy is extremely restrictive and should be clearly communicated to guests before booking. We received a warning regarding our boombox, which we accepted and immediately complied with. What disappointed us was being told that the complaint came from a neighbour, which was misleading because the only nearby person was the caretaker who shared the same yard with us. Unfortunately, the caretaker made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. It felt as though our every movement was being monitored, which took away from the privacy and relaxation we expected. The most upsetting experience happened on our departure day. After checking out and while waiting for our transport, we received a call from the owner asking us to search through our bags because a door key was allegedly missing. The tone of the conversation made us feel as though we were being accused of stealing. Fortunately, we had taken photos and videos of the entire property upon arrival, which helped us prove that the key was not present when we checked in. We were even told that we would be charged for the missing key. What made the situation more confusing was that the caretaker himself stated that he had never noticed any keys missing. When I suggested checking the security cameras, which are installed all over the property, I was told that they were not working. Based on what we observed during our stay, that explanation did not seem believable. While the property is beautiful, the lack of privacy, poor communication, and the way we were treated regarding the missing key left a very negative impression. Sadly, I would not book this place again.

Amazing stay, beautiful surroundings. Wow! What a house. Everything was spotless and in pristine condition. We enjoyed every second in this lovely house, swimming, playing games and relaxing in the jacuzzi with the pizza oven burning. Will definitely be back in the future.

We so enjoyed the hot tub and the swimming pool. It was quiet and relaxing. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back!
