Thompsons Bay Beach
Description
Thompsons Bay Beach is a lovely beach located between Ballito and Chaka’s Rock, in KwaZulu-Natal. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, as well as dolphin and whale watching.
To the south of Thompson Bay, you will find a hole in the rocks which leads to two small bays, and to the north you will find Chakas High Rock, which is a popular fishing spot for experienced anglers. Facilities include a tidal pool, seasonal life guards, and shark nets.
