Lagoon View"The Morgan Bay restaurant, The Deck can be recommended. Nice meals and very good kitchen with reasonable prices. The surrounding is very nice; sandy beach 1.5 km long, good for families with small children, and hills around Morgan Bay with fantastic views over the sea!"
"The scenic beauty comes at the price of accessibility. Getting to Rhodes from Barkly Pass is 60 kms of winding dirt road. Depending on weather conditions this can get rough. Normal travel time for these 60 kms is 2 - 2.5 hours. And do note: Rhodes, like many other 'small towns' has no services (petrol station, supermarket, etc.), so check carefully on what you need to bring along before you book into this area. A 4x4 or high clearance vehicle is a must if you want to explore. After all, isn't that the reason for coming in the first place? But the long travel and the inconveniences are worth it."
