"Die grootste probleem met die Kaap is die wind, en die beperkte hoeveelheid paaie in Kaapstad in. Andersins, spesifiek met betrekking tot Bloubergstrand was dit 'n heerlike area om in te bly. Ons kon strand toe stap om na die kite surfers te kyk. Daar was ook werkende parkies naby vir ouers met kleiner kinders. Die dorp beskik oor verskeie geriewe van winkels, kitsbanke, tot restaurante en besienswaardighede, en is binne ry-afstand van vele meer bestemmings. Iets vir almal binne 'n redelike afstand."

"Safe to shop and walk about but also go to Kalk Bay, beautiful bay, harbour and restaurant. Oceans Echo is out of the traffic of Cape Town but within 45 mins of Cape of Good Hope, Table Mountain Cableway and V & A waterfront with many restaurants and great shopping."

"Simon's Town is a great place to visit. There's actually so much to do and see in this little town and it's so close to all the other great attractions of the Cape. It's central, and safe so you can walk around everywhere. We didn't end up doing half the stuff we wanted to (we ran out of time) so we will definitely be making a return visit!"
