Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The complex strictly adheres to set quiet hours. Guests breaching these times will be liable for a Body Corporate fine in excess of R2000.

Please take note, the property is situated near the top of the building. Unfortunately, this means that there are approximately 180 steps to reach the property if there's load shedding, a power outage, or any unforeseen issue with the complex's lift.

Guests have access to the whole property excluding a few private, storage cupboards, and a private storage room which is kept locked.

While the property is fully equipped with laundry facilities, guests can arrange laundry services directly with an outsourced company.

Cleaning services can be arranged in advance for the duration of the stay, and over weekends and South African public holidays.
