Van die hartlike manier hoe jy by ontvangs begroet word, tot die vriendelike sekuriteit; dit voel soos huis weg van die huis af!

Amazing. Peaceful and very clean. You have everything you need to cook, and the view is amazing. Very upmarket.

Okay. Our stay was amazing up until the last few days. My mother and brother were signed in as my guests. Each day when they would come to visit me, sign in went well. But the second last day of our stay, the security guards were so rude to my brother as he wanted to assist my mother with going through the gate where you scan your face. The security guard got irritated with my brother, shared words with him and said to him, "F*** you." My brother asked him why he was talking to him like that and what his problem was. My brother stormed out and left as he felt so disrespected. My mother came up and told me what happened. When I went down with her to find out exactly what happened, we got the worst attitude from all the staff members sitting behind the desk, claiming that my mother of 63 was lying and nobody was swearing at my brother. My husband also came down and spoke to them and made it clear that we paid a lot of money to stay there and we will not accept any disrespect! Walking in and out of reception the following day was so uncomfortable as we got stares from them and funny looks whenever we passed by. People are going to start looking for other accommodation because of your staff and especially the attitudes of the security guards. It's as if they own the building. The coloured girl who works there is the best; she made us feel so welcome when we arrived there. We will only go back because of her and the amazing service she gave us!

A stylish, well-equipped city apartment in a great location, with a smooth stay. 16 on Bree Unit 1713 is such a great spot to stay in Cape Town, especially if you enjoy the energy of the city. We were really impressed with the high-end tech in the apartment, and everything from the bedding to the towels was crisp and clean. It’s in a perfect central location to explore what the city has to offer, but also feels warm and comfortable when you return. The only tricky part was checking in — all three of us had to check in separately, and one of us had to stay in the car, circling the block since there wasn’t any temporary parking available during check-in. But once we were all checked in, we could park safely in the building’s secure parking arcade. We will definitely return to this apartment!

My trip was everything I wanted it to be. It was lovely; it gave us peace of mind. We did not have to worry about our safety other than enjoying the trip!
