23 Setai Beach Estate, Zimbali ZKY1 is a stylish self-catering duplex located within the secure and sought-after Zimbali Coastal Estate. Guests enjoy full access to the estate’s world-class facilities and attractions, making it an excellent choice for a relaxed coastal getaway.
This fully furnished, air-conditioned corner unit accommodates guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and features an open en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower.
The open-plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, and additional appliances, along with a breakfast bar for casual dining. The adjacent dining and lounge area offers a 6-seater dining table, comfortable sofas, and a TV with Netflix. Free uncapped Wi-Fi is also available for guests’ convenience.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of estate facilities, including swimming pools, an 18-hole golf course, a spa, tennis and squash courts, and access to a private beach where various water sports can be arranged.
Please note that access to the estate is strictly controlled. The Zimbali Resort Welcome Centre requires at least 48 hours to process all guest identification documents, ID, passport, or driver’s licence. Bookings made within this period cannot be accommodated. In addition, Uber and taxi drop-offs are not permitted inside the estate, and guests are advised to arrange their own transport. No day visitors are allowed within Zimbali Coastal Estate.
