A cardholder ID or passport is required at check-in. The credit card used for the online deposit must also be present at check-in.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and will be subject to a fine of R500 per occurrence. However, smoking is permitted on the balcony of the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
