Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Balance payments are due 40 days prior to arrival; a 100% deposit will be required for all bookings made less than 40 days prior to arrival.
All guests are required to present an ID or passport at check-in.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to a R250 late arrival fee.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an extra charge.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
