House Rules

- No parties or noise will be allowed inside the apartment , or in common areas.
- Guests that use the swimming pool are expected to wear appropriate swimming attire.
- There is a R 1 000,00 damage deposit due before check in. Any damages will be charged to the guests.
- Exit Cleaning fee is charged at R 550,00
- Daily service cleaning can be be booked with the agent prior to arrival.
- Cost of service cleaning is R 180,00 per clean.
