Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment uses prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for their own electricity consumption during their stay. A R330 electricity credit will be charged prior to arrival. Guests must purchase additional electricity during their stay if required.
Guests will be provided with a Guest Registration Form, Terms and Conditions, and a Release Form to complete and sign prior to arrival.
No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment at any given time.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Guests are not allowed to use the bath towels as swimming towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not in the apartment. The beach is known for sudden, strong winds that can cause damage.
No noise or loud music is allowed.
Guests are not allowed to enter the elevator with wet feet.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railing.
Please do not throw food, cigarettes, or any items over the balcony railing.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian while using the play area and swimming pool.
