House Rules
Guests are kindly asked to respect the house rules during their stay. There is a strict no-guest policy in the building, and only the individuals listed on the booking are permitted to stay in the unit. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside any of the units. If a guest is found transgressing this rule, they will receive one warning. Continued disregard will result in a fine of R3 000, and further violations may lead to eviction from the unit without compensation. Guests are also requested to be considerate of neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level at all times. Check-out time is at 10:00.
