Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that guests are not permitted to check in on 25 and 26 December or on 1 January.
Guests will receive a Guest Registration Form, Terms and Conditions, and an Indemnity Form to complete and sign before arrival.
No more than 6 guests may stay overnight in the house at any given time.
No pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside and ensure that doors remain closed to prevent smoke from entering.
Guests may not use bath towels as beach towels.
All windows and doors must be closed when guests are not at the property. The Strand area is known for sudden, strong winds that can cause damage.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours at all times, particularly regarding noise and music.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please do not leave food, cigarettes, or any items outside.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are permitted.
