Amazing stay 10/10! We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you for the outstanding service, warm hospitality, and the exceptional cleanliness and beauty of your self-catering guesthouse. From the moment we were welcomed on 08 January 2006, we immediately felt at home. The atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, swings, and the other excellent facilities available. It truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable for the entire family. Thank you once again for your dedication to excellence. Please continue building on the high standard of service you provide. Pragtige plek. Stil en rustig. Sal definitief weer hier bly. Pragtige plek. Stil en rustig. Baie modern, het alles wat jy nodig het om lekker te kan vakansie hou. Definitief die geld werd, en moeite werd sal enige tyd weer gebruik maak van die akkommodasie.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Unfortunately, severe disruptive weather and heavy rainfall in Oudtshoorn before your arrival affected the geyser system. We arranged an electrician at short notice; however, due to emergency call-outs elsewhere, he could only attend later that morning. We understand how frustrating this must have been and appreciate your patience while the issue was resolved. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the oven, braai area and aircon remote. These matters were attended to immediately, and we have since strengthened our pre-arrival inspection procedures to ensure that everything is checked before guests arrive. Complimentary prepaid electricity units were provided on arrival and additional units were supplied during your stay. The exceptionally cold winter weather, together with continuous overnight use of heaters and air conditioning, resulted in unusually high electricity consumption. Nevertheless, we were happy to assist with additional units to ensure your comfort. We appreciate your kind acknowledgment that we remained accommodating and responsive throughout your stay. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we remain committed to providing a welcoming environment for all our guests. As with all stays, we encourage guests to follow the departure and housekeeping guidelines provided, as these help us prepare the accommodation efficiently for incoming guests. Was by KKNK vir drie dae, so ons was baie min tuis. Eintlik net geslaap. Alles binne verwagting, van die beddens het miskien nuwe matrasse nodig. Goeie kombuis.

Baie netjies maar daar kort aandag gegee te word aan n paar dinge. Die buitengewine stel reels moet vooraf gekommunikeer word voor vereiste balansbetaling gemaak moet word. Die aantal dubbelbeddens wat op die webtuiste adverteer word is nie korrek nie.

Clean, safe, comfortable and excellent customer service, the pool was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay at Alakhe, private, comfortable and safe with good customer service. The pool was a bonus for the kids during the hot days. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
