Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that 5 adults cannot be accommodated. The unit is suitable for 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children only.
The accommodation uses inverters and does not experience load shedding.
The breakage deposit is payable on arrival to the agent. This breakage deposit will be refunded within 3 working days should everything be in order at the property.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in the unit.
Pets are not permitted on the property or inside the unit.
The number of guests is not allowed to exceed the total capacity of the unit. Please note that this will be monitored. Should guests violate this rule, they will be evicted with no refund.
Guests are kindly requested to consider other occupants on the property.
An additional daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost. This needs to be arranged beforehand.
