Sea Facing Room 3 can accommodate up to 2 guests at a time and is furnished with a queen-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Additionally, the room offers a kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, essential cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A comfortable seating area with a wall-mounted smart TV, streaming services, and a full selection of DStv channels is also available. The room features a covered balcony with breathtaking ocean views, complete with a table and chairs, making it ideal for alfresco dining.

House Rules
Guests are required to act responsibly at all times and to respect the surrounding neighbourhood by avoiding unnecessary noise or disturbance. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and pets are not permitted.
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings; the owner accepts no liability for loss or theft. Any damage to the property or its contents will be for the guests’ account. An inventory list will be provided and must be checked by the second day of the stay; the host will collect the completed inventory at a mutually convenient time.
A security deposit of R3,000.00 is required prior to arrival and will be refunded within three working days following departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Any costs incurred for repairs or replacement of damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.
The owner shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ property. Use of the property and its amenities is entirely at guests’ own risk.
