My experience was amazing. Wish I stayed longer. I went to Bali Scenic Lodge to rest and get away. And that's exactly what I got. It was peaceful and relaxing; all I did was play board games by the pool, eat and sleep. The Bali-inspired decor was a lovely touch. I must say having complementary bottled water was incredibly thoughtful as I would have never thought to bring some. Also, the little bottles of soap and lotion were great as well. Although I came prepared, I can imagine the convenience of having that stuff available.

Fantasties, ontspanne en genotvol. Die lekkerste en mees genotvolle verblyf wat ek in jare gehad het. Personeel was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. The most enjoyable and relaxed stay I've had in years. The staff were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our stay and would go back again.

Dit is bijzonder opbeurend om te weet dat jy die vriendelikheid en behulpsaamheid van ons personeel so waardeer het – ons span werk elke dag hard om seker te maak dat elke gas ’n besondere ervaring het. Ons waardeer dit opreg dat jy jou tyd by ons geniet het en dat jy sou graag weer wil terugkom. Sulke terugvoer beteken baie vir ons en motiveer ons om voort te gaan om uitmuntende diens en ’n warm, verwelkomende atmosfeer te bied. The stay was great, but we ran into some problems getting into the estate at first. The stay was great, but we ran into some problems getting into the estate at first after receiving the pin to the estate entrance, and exit was easy, just some long wait. But besides that, we enjoyed the stay, and the staff was friendly, and the location was breathtaking.

Ons het baie lekker gebly, die mense is baie vriendelik en die diens uitsteekend. Al wat my gepla het, is dat hulle nie die spa-bad mooi skoon gemaak het nie; daar was lang swart hare in en sulke swart flokkies. En een van die borde was vetterig.

Baie mooi en rustig, maar skrikwekkende steil en nou oprit en parkering. Die verblyf was baie mooi en die uitsig pragtig. Dis baie rustig om oor die dam te kyk en die voëllewe te waardeer. Die styl oprit pad en onmoontlike omdraaiplek het dit egter vir my onwaarskynlik gemaak om weer te wil gaan. Daar is ook vreeslik baie trappe, so glad nie geskik vir onfiks of bejaarde mense nie. Ons was teleurgesteld dat daar net Ricoffy en Cremora beskikbaar was en dat mens ook nie beter koffie na die kamer kon bestel nie.

Nie die moeite werd nie. Glad nie die geld werd wat jy betaal nie. Daar is 'n muffe geur in die badkamer. Die plek is verwaarloos. Al die goeie ding is die vriendelike personeel.

Our team was present and available throughout your visit, and we would have gladly addressed any issues immediately had they been brought to our attention. As we are located near the Hartbeespoort Dam, higher humidity levels can occur naturally, particularly in summer. We proactively manage this with dehumidifier tablets in all rooms and are always happy to provide additional assistance if needed. Our lodge is situated within a secure, gated community, and while we cannot control the broader surrounding area, we take great pride in maintaining high standards within our property.
