Excellent. The stay was excellent. Nice beach, shop very close to get food. Getting in at the boom gate was a bit of a headache, too many code changes and effort to get activated. No WiFi access code was left for us.

Good day Devan, I trust you are well. At Ballito Accommodation, we always strive to make our guests feel welcome and at home, and to ensure their stay with us is as amazing and comfortable as possible. I wanted to touch base regarding your review of the property. From our understanding, there were no issues with the unit itself, and your frustration relates more to the annual maintenance that the complex was carrying out. When you made the booking with us, there was no scheduled maintenance communicated to us. On 17 and 18 February, we were informed by the complex about the maintenance on the same day it was due to take place. We immediately forwarded the messages to you via WhatsApp to ensure you were kept in the loop, and you did acknowledge receipt of those messages. You were only set to check in on 22 February, after the maintenance had already taken place. I am truly sorry that the maintenance affected your stay with us. Had you informed us that it was significantly impacting your experience, we would certainly have offered to relocate you to another unit in a different complex. We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to accommodate you and your family again in the near future and provide you with a much smoother experience. Kind regards, Bridget

Dit het lekker gereën en ons het onder die veranda gesit en geluister na die see so rustig. Die eenheid is baie gerieflik, skoon en netjies met alles wat jy benodig. Ons het dit baie geniet.
