House Rules
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver (a small fee required). Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
Renovations to unit 17 on the 3rd floor will start on 30 May 2025 and will continue until 11 July 2025. Guests should please be aware of potential noise from Monday to Friday.
All apartments are automatically serviced weekly. (Terms & Conditions apply – please refer to the in-house manual for applicable rates charged to your account.)
For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay service and linen change will be provided. An additional cleaning fee of R700 will be charged for this service (based on up to 4 guests sharing).
If extra bedding is used, an additional fee will apply.
