House Rules

1 well-behaved pet is allowed by prior arrangement. Please bring your pet bed. No pets on human beds.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Upon arrival at the property, the Guest and his Invitees are requested to take careful note of the Special Instructions. The Guest is responsible for his Invitees and shall ensure that the property is used with due consideration, care and respect and in compliance with any rules and guidelines set out in the Special Instructions.
Only booked and confirmed guests are allowed on the property.
Any loss or damage to the owner’s property shall be determined solely by BMG, the letting agents, and shall be paid for by the Guest on demand. Upon departure, please notify BMG of any such losses or breakages, the BMG shall determine the same and the Guest will be liable for such losses.
The Owner and BMG shall not be held liable for personal injury or death of the Guest, including his Invitees or any loss, theft or damages to the property of the Guest or his Invitees that may occur during the Guest’s stay.
The swimming pool is used at its own risk, and all children should be supervised.
The Owner and BMG reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time before or during the Rental Period should the Guest and his Invitees, in the Owner or BMG’s sole discretion, conduct themselves or inappropriately treat the property, including disturbances to neighbours.
No noise will be tolerated after 22:00.
