Lekker ontspan. Ons het baie lekker gekuier by Cozy Lion. Die verblyf was aangenaam en rustig. Kan wel aanbeveel dat hulle 'n mikrogolfoond in die kombuis sit en dan ook 'n voerplekkie maak vir die diere en nagapies.

Oulike huis vir 'n vinnige wegbreek. Maak die huis net loadshedding-vriendelik. Gas sal voldoende wees. Daar was geen water a.g.v. loadshedding nie. Baie wild was by die huis en dit was groot hoogtepunte.

Very nice, but disappointing that Wi-Fi is advertised as a standard feature, but is an additional cost. Property is very nice overall. I inquired about the WiFi password the day before we arrived and was then informed that it is a Vodacom pre-paid router and is for our own cost. When I expressed that perhaps they should not put WiFi down as a standard service and rather express that it is at an additional cost, I was politely told that if I don’t like it, I can cancel my holiday and they will refund portion of my deposit as a resolution. The apartment is not serviced which is not the biggest problem, but the outside bathroom (which is stunning) gets completely covered in leaves etc, so one has to clean out the bath or shower before you can use it and sweep leaves and dirt away. But overall a nice property. It just the way clients are dealt with and transparency on services that's a problem.
