Felt like I was home. Loved my stay. The apartment was everything I couldn't have imagined. Loved how they had utensils, cutlery and all household appliances and essentials in the apartment. The view of the pond was aesthetically appealing and beautiful. Felt safe and comfortable. The environment is friendly and pleasant. Would definitely recommend Bridgewater One 105.

Baie gerieflik, ens. als wat nodig is. Die skuifdeur op die balkon kon nie sluit nie. Moes elke dag, as ek nie in die kamer was nie, my tas ens. in die motor gaan stoor. Dis op die grondvloer so maklik vir iemand om in te kom.

Acceptable but not worth the price. Safe and convenient location for walking to and around Century City. The apartment is comfortable as a self-catering alternative to hotels in the area, with easy access to walking paths, the Ratanga Park, local gyms, shops and restaurants, as well as the conference centre. However, the apartment itself lacks character and is not very ergonomically designed. The cupboard is in the entrance passageway, and the couch arrangement is not to our liking. The bathroom is developing mould and inadequate cleaning. The balcony was dirty and lacked chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We were disturbed by calls about hanging things on the balcony when the only things on the balcony were a dusty owner's laundry rack and cleaning buckets, etc.! In addition, we kept receiving intercom calls for delivery items that were not ours, and property staff turned up unannounced to repair things that we had not even reported. Surrounding construction noise is prevalent.

We appreciate your honest comments regarding the interior layout and design preferences. As these are largely subjective, we understand that the space may not suit everyone’s personal taste, but your feedback is noted. Regarding cleanliness, we’re sorry to hear your concerns about the bathroom and balcony. This is not the standard we aim for, and we have followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure the mould issue and balcony cleaning are addressed thoroughly. We regret the inconvenience caused by incorrect intercom calls and unannounced maintenance visits. These were not intended to disrupt your stay, and we’ve flagged this with the building manager. Unfortunately, surrounding construction noise is outside our control, though we do aim to make guests aware where possible. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
