Comfortable, clean room on a beautiful rustic property. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. The restaurant has excellent fresh food, with the ingredients cultivated on the property.

Clean. Pretty rooms. Lacking customer service. Lovely accommodation with a spacious and clean room. The doors are a bit difficult to open and close, and the reception area is not easy to find. I didn't find the lady who checked me in to be too friendly, but it was pleasant enough for one evening.

Horrible service, huge disappointment. They forgot I was their only guest and closed. I stayed 3 nights; my last night was a Sunday. They forgot I was there! I was the only guest, and they didn't even mention to me that the restaurant would be closed Sunday evening and Monday morning. I had to order in, and since they forgot I was there, the gate was closed when the delivery arrived. I had to wait and call and wait again for someone to finally get back to me, and by the time the guard came all the way to meet me by the gate, my delivery was gone. Mind you, it was getting late and dark, and I was a woman alone on the property! When I checked in, I was surprised by the lack of information provided and even asked the guy at reception if he had any information about the place that he deemed important to share because I worked in the industry, and I know that there must have been information missing. After the Sunday evening catastrophe, I didn't hear back from the manager, no excuse, nothing, and on Monday morning, I couldn't even get a coffee before leaving, AND there was nobody at reception for my check-out. What a shame and disappointment.

Great venue! The stay was perfect for an overnight stay for a wedding at another venue. The day started off great with a friendly arrival and had waiter service at the room which was great as it was hot. The security at the gate gave peace of mind. The only recommendation is that it could be repainted.
