Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed upon as per your reservation (children included).

Always activate the alarm when leaving the property.

Keep noise levels to a reasonable level between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. for the sake of good neighbourliness.

No parties are allowed.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house.

The Swimming Pool:
Guests may use the pool at their own risk.
No children are allowed near the pool without adult supervision.
Maintain a reasonable noise level in the pool area.
Please instruct kids not to urinate in the pool water to keep it hygienic for everyone.

Catch the Breeze is dedicated to the protection of our planet's resources and encourages guests to help by:
Switching off lights and heaters when not in use.
Ensuring that taps are always turned off after use.

The guest is responsible for all breakages, damages, and heavily soiled items, excluding normal wear and tear, and including those that exceed the deposit amount. Damages will be charged at full replacement value.
