Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy, including children, is limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation.
Security: Please activate the alarm whenever you leave the property.
Noise: Maintain a reasonable noise level between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
Parties: No parties are allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Swimming Pool:
The pool is to be used at the guests' own risk.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool.
Please keep noise at a reasonable level in the pool area.
Kindly remind children not to urinate in the pool to maintain hygiene for everyone.
Guest Liabilities:
Guests are responsible for any breakages, damages, or excessive soiling, excluding normal wear and tear, even if the cost exceeds the deposit amount. Damages will be charged at full replacement value.
