Nice enough but care over a few details would have elevated the stay a lot. We had a nice enough stay but there were a few problems that took the edge off. Other residents in the block clearly do not like guests and were verbally hostile towards us. There were no hand towels in the guest toilet and just one tea towel for a 4-day stay. The dining chairs do not have felt under them and 6 adults scraping chairs on a tiled floor actually seriously ruined our time there, which was a family reunion. This is an easy fix. The property is nicely decorated but again, no bedside tables just made it feel a bit awkward to use. The shower downstairs door is not sealed properly; it leaked and flooded the entire bathroom. A little personal touch and TLC would elevate this property.

Very satisfied with stay. Location (view) spectacular. Stay was top class in every way. Only problem was that floor tiles had been replaced. These were not flush with the rest of the floor and could be dangerous to residents.

Beatiful apartment, prime location but hostile reception. The apartment was not ready at the agreed check-in time, cleaners only left at 19:00 on the Friday evening. However we were still charged a full day fee. On top of that a hostile host harassed us for a ridiculously high breakage fee of R3000 (while the website specifies R1000) while we were not even able to get into the apartment yet. Not a pleasant experience. A comfortable apartment though with beautiful views. It can do with some considerate thinking around what guests would need though.
