Nice area. Near the Waterfront and many shops around. Very busy though. The toaster was worn and tripped the power constantly. The shower was not cleaned properly. The bedding and duvet inner had old blood stains on it. Properly, the company we were in contact with tried to make things better, but I think the owner needs to maintain his apartment and check on appliances. The crockery was chipped as well.
