Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Valid ID may be requested.
No parties, events, commercial use, or local visitors for short stays. Refer to the printed guide inside.
No glitter, confetti, wall or ceiling decorations, Prestik, or tape.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
Only booked guests are allowed. Extra guests will be charged R1000 per person per night.
Smoking outside only. Use ashtrays. No drugs or firearms allowed.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Do not move furniture, appliances, cables, or artwork.
Extra cleaning fees may apply for damage or excessive mess. For stays over 7 days, mid-stay cleaning at R500 is required.
Use labelled bins. Seal food waste.
Rubbish day is Tuesday. Long-stay guests must place bins at the curb.
The property uses a solar geyser, a rainwater tank, and a gas stove. The rainwater pump runs only with Eskom power. Municipal water is used otherwise. Emergency lights provided.
Basic cleaning supplies are provided for short stays. Long-stay guests must restock.
Free Wi-Fi included, no refunds for outages.
No mail or package deliveries allowed.
Fresh linen and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of basic amenities including toilet paper, shower gel, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee sachets, sugar, and a 250ml long-life milk. A high-quality water filter urn is also available, so bottled water is not necessary.
