Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport is required at check-in. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and guests accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. The amount is determined by the standard of the property and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy to promote a sustainable and comfortable stay. In the rare event of unusually high usage, reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash to the host on arrival. Arrivals after 00:00 incur a fee of R350.
