Guests are advised that building works are taking place at the property. Work will be conducted during normal working hours only, and every effort is made to minimise any noise to ensure a comfortable stay.
For stays longer than one week, a courtesy mid-stay cleaning service is provided. Additional cleaning and/or linen services can be arranged upon request at an extra cost, if required.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
