Pleasant, cleanliness requires attention. The stay overall was very comfortable. The room and en-suite bathroom are very spacious. The bed was wonderful. There was a convenient lockbox with the keys at the entrance, and very clear instructions were provided. The only real downside was that the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould and that there was a dead cockroach in the room (photo available).

Good location just a bit run down. Great location, the place was just a bit worn down, shower head held together with a cable tie. Tables had water damage, floor had candle wax. Pool nice, kettle was broken and room a bit dirty.

Dreadful, pleased to leave and will not return. No code was supplied for the lock box to get in. Took 20 minutes and 3 calls to get access. Puddle in the bedroom. Room not very clean. Bathroom door didn't close, bathroom windows almost impossible to close. No shampoo. WiFi not working. Eventually found 2 hairdryers in a common area cupboard. One didn't work, the second one blew up in my hand halfway through use. No others to be found. The whole building is extremely tired.

Very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed everything about our stay. It was very nice, more beautiful than the picture. I have been told that they upgraded the place.
