Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The breakage deposit as well as the balance needs to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Please inform the host immediately of any breakages.
Visitors will not be permitted unless arranged otherwise with the host.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Guests are kindly asked to use the ashtrays provided in the yard and braai area.
Guests need to bring all their valuables and equipment indoors after relaxing outside on the patio.
Cars must be locked at all times to prevent theft.
Please do not use flammables for heating or cooking without the consent of the owner.
If candles are used during power outages, guests are asked to extinguish them when not in use.
Eating in the rooms is not allowed.
Children need to be supervised at all times.
Guests are asked to leave the common areas of the house in a neat and tidy state.
Please close all doors and windows when going to bed or leaving the premises.
Please note that cameras and alarms are installed for security purposes.
Kindly switch off all the lights and turn off the taps when they are not in use.
Laundry services and cleaning services can be arranged with the owner.
