House Rules

By entering the property, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The host/owner/management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, death or loss of personal items during the stay.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.
Outside you are allowed to smoke.

Please make sure you have booked and paid for the correct amount of person(s).
Guest that are not booked and paid for will not be allowed on the property, and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Uber/Bolt/Food deliveries needs to park outside the gate. No unauthorised vehicles etc is allowed inside the premises.

Please respect other guests privacy , noise disturbances will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

Please take note there is CCTV , Motion Surveillance cameras around the outside of the property.

In Winter - please bring your own extra blankets etc.

Please make sure you have switched off all electrical appliances (except the fridge/freezer) when not in use.

Neither the owner nor employees shall be liable or responsible for personal items that are missing.

No parties or events may be held on the property.

Loud music is not allowed.

No pets are permitted on the property.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit. This will result in a penalty fee of R1000 and the guests booked need to leave the premises immediately.

The apartment will be inspected and cleaned before guests can check in and any damaged items found upon checking out will be issued for the guest’s account.

A police report will be opened if guests do not pay for damages to the property or for lost or stolen items.

Please take note that the owner cannot be held responsible for load-shedding or any other electrical or water problems that come from the City of Tshwane.
